We hope that you and your family are continuing to stay safe and healthy. As the COVID-19 pandemic has developed, our goal at East Louisville remains to be able to continue to provide the best veterinary care to pets in our community, while keeping the safety of our clients and team members at the forefront.
When you arrive at our clinic, if you feel sick, have tested positive for Covid-19, or have been exposed to Covid-19, we ask that you please wait in your car and call or text us at (502) 897-1000. Someone will come out to assist you. For our safety and yours, we ask that you wear a mask for all staff interactions and follow the procedures below.

Whenever possible, we ask you to book your appointment ahead of time by phone or online.
Contactless Payment
We have procedures in place to limit contact during the payment process to keep you and our team members safe.
Remain in Your Car
To keep both you and our team members safe, please stay in your vehicle and call us to let us know you have arrived for your appointment.
Wear a Mask and Practice

wear a mask and practice social distancing while inside of our clinic.
