Our Promise
We hope that you and your family are continuing to stay safe and healthy during these difficult times. As the COVID-19 pandemic has developed, it has become clear that the way we are able to interact with our clients has changed for the foreseeable future. Despite that, our goal at East Louisville remains to be able to continue to provide the best veterinary care to pets in our community, while keeping the safety of our clients and team members at the forefront.
As federal and local safety guidelines change and develop, we want you to know that our team is working hard to enact safety measures within our clinic to allow us to continue to provide care for your pets.
When you arrive at our clinic, please wait in your car and call or text us at (502) 897-1000. Someone will come out to assist you. For our safety and yours, we ask that you wear a mask for all staff interactions.
