My husband and I have been with East Louisville for 10+ years with multiple cats, our big orange dog, and our newest canine kid. We've always had great experience with Dr. Edlin and the staff. Today we had to say goodbye to our orange pup and needless to say, it's been a rollercoaster of a week with a lot of big emotions and difficult decisions. But it's been "easier" because I've been so taken by and impressed with the attention, time, and tenderness shown by Dr. Frantz, Sara, Kayla, and the rest of the ELAH staff. We had multiple appointments and I had million questions and sent texts and made phone calls and EACH TIME the staff was patient, responsive, and gave me more time than I ever would have expected. I spoke at length with Dr. Frantz on the phone and in person – and she, Sara, and Kayla went above and beyond to comfort and console all while being realistic and pragmatic. Today, Dr. Frantz and Sarah made a home visit so we could say goodbye to our girl. They were thoughtful, respectful, and we could not have asked for more. Their compassion, kindness, and support throughout this week (and today) was a gift. Thank you, thank you.

Called and got Jak in the same day they have never seen him before. The staff was great and Dr Lassell was amazing in finding out what was going on with his ear. she was very compassionate with him since he was scared, he did great with her... will be using them for all my dogs!!

The staff was friendly and attentive and the vet that examined my dog, Jackson, was warm, concerned and professional. Jackson is anxious and they were very good at calming him down and treating him gently. Highly recommend!
