Staff and vet team have been so amazing every time I come in. I’ve brought them my fosters in an emergency and my personal pets for their regular care and emergencies and they are always amazing with my babies. I recommend them all over the place and some of the pets that I’ve fostered and adopted out, still go there to this day. I love it. Recently my pup passed away and they were amazing. When I got my new puppy they called me to confirm my appt and when I asked them if I could change it, not only did they but they were so excited to meet my new friend too. I’m a big fan.

I have never have difficulty obtaining an appointment for my dogs. The staff are so friendly and truly love the animals like the owners do. Gus’ vet is great about discussing must-needs tests vs what is reasonable considering the situation. I never feel pressured when I choose to be conservative, and am involved always in decision making. I also feel, even coming from a small town where everything is cheaper, that their fees are reasonable! I’m grateful for finding them to take over my dogs’ care when I moved here!

When my cat was experiencing an eye issue, I called the front office and was able to explain the situation. I sent pictures to their email and Dr. Frantz personally called me. I was advised to come in and they ran all the tests needed and gave me a up front estimate. There were no hidden fees and Dr. Frantz found the issue. Everyone took my concerns seriously and made me feel comfortable. All the staff members take their time and make sure all questions are answered. Shout out to Kayla the receptionist , Sara the technician and Dr. Frantz. Thank you!

I highly recommend this veterinary hospital. The staff is kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. It is easy to make appointments and be seen quickly in an emergency. The exams are thorough and professional and adequate information is given to make good treatment choices, including advising in advance of costs of procedures. I am confident that my cat is getting the best veterinary care here and that I have made the best choice for her continued care.

I have brought my animals to East Louisville Animal Hospital for years. Dr. Edlin has been so good to me and my animals through good and bad times. I tried going to a couple of different places when I moved many years ago and I ended up back at ELAH. I trust them to take care of my babies and tell me what is best for them. Also, the staff is so incredibly nice!!
