The COVID-19 crisis has undeniably changed how we live and work and play. It’s also impacted our hospital in ways both big and small.
On the big side, we’re still operating on a curbside model, which means that our phone lines are busier than they used to be, handling all the check-in calls, in addition to appointment and prescription requests. We understand how frustrating it can be to deal with longer than expected wait or on-hold times—we’re frustrated, too. But we’re working very hard to provide the best care we can in the timeliest manner possible.
One thing the pandemic has not changed is our commitment to you and your pets. We’re more devoted than ever to your furry family’s health and to nurturing the bond you share. It’s difficult times like these that underscore the fact that we truly are in this together, and every bit of patience and kindness you can show our team, all of whom love your pets like their own, is very much appreciated.
