Dr. Mary Lassell has been a veterinarian at East Louisville Animal Hospital since graduating from Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2021. She earned her undergraduate degree from Indiana University Southeast, where she majored in biology with minors in chemistry and microbiology.
Growing up on a llama and alpaca farm sparked Dr. Lassell’s lifelong love for animals and inspired her career in veterinary medicine. She is passionate about preventive care, client education, and creating personalized treatment plans to help pets live their healthiest, happiest lives. Building trusting relationships with pets and their families is one of the most rewarding parts of her work.
Outside of work, Dr. Lassell enjoys spending time outdoors, making memories with friends and family, and relaxing at home with her husband and their pets.
